Rent to own

You have at least one barrier to ownership, which may include:

1)      Bad Credit/ No Credit/ Past Bankruptcy

No problem. We work with people that have had all of the above, and we have simple and proven solutions to get your credit where it needs to be. You don’t need incredible credit to rent, so you are able to get in NOW, and buy the home of your dreams when you are prepared.

2)      Not enough of a down payment saved

You will after renting for a while. We strategically set rental rates at an amount that will have a portion be automatically set aside for you when you are ready to take ownership. This amount works out to be approximately 15-20% of your monthly rent, which GOES BACK TO YOU to use as a down payment when it is time to buy. It’s as if you were building equity effective immediately!

3)      Too short of a track record of income

Maybe you switched from a salaried job to a commission based one, and you don’t have enough track record to qualify for a loan. Maybe you were a home maker, or perhaps even new to the country, and you can’t verify consistent income. That’s OK, because we will set you on the right path to have all your paperwork in order.

4)      An unfortunate circumstance that is not allowing you to qualify for a loan
